ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management
Our ISO 9001 certification demonstrates Lavan Quarries’ commitment to consistently delivering high-quality aggregates and quarried stone products while maintaining robust, controlled and continually improving business processes. The standard provides a structured framework for quality management across our operations, from extraction and processing through to product testing, order management, weighbridge controls, traceability and final supply to the customer. It ensures that quality requirements are clearly defined, processes are monitored and performance is continually reviewed and improved. For our customers, ISO 9001 provides independent assurance that quality is embedded throughout the way we operate. It supports consistent product and service standards, accurate documentation and traceability, effective management of customer requirements and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving issues. ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management
ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Our ISO 14001 certification demonstrates Lavan Quarries’ commitment to managing our environmental responsibilities in a structured, measurable and continually improving way. The standard provides an internationally recognised framework for identifying and managing the environmental impacts associated with our operations while ensuring that environmental considerations form an integral part of how the quarry is managed. Within our operations, this includes the responsible management of water, dust, noise, energy, fuel, waste and natural resources, together with measures designed to prevent pollution, protect the surrounding environment and ensure compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory requirements. Our Environmental Management System provides a structured approach to setting environmental objectives, monitoring performance, managing operational risks and identifying opportunities for continual improvement. It also helps ensure that environmental controls are embedded into day-to-day activities, from extraction and processing through to stockpiling, vehicle movements and the supply of finished aggregates. For our customers, local community and project partners, ISO 14001 provides independent assurance that Lavan Quarries takes its environmental responsibilities seriously and manages them through documented, controlled and externally assessed processes.
