7.1 Submissions The Website may provide functionality for users to submit CVs, applications, or related documents (“Recruitment Data”). Submission of Recruitment Data does not create any obligation on the Company to review, acknowledge, or respond, nor does it guarantee employment or engagement.
5.2 Retention Recruitment Data will be retained securely for a maximum of 24 months from the date of receipt and thereafter deleted, unless continued retention is required by law or by express consent of the applicant.
5.3 Accuracy You warrant that all information provided in connection with Recruitment Data is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
8.1 Ownership All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including but not limited to text, images, video, graphics, trade marks, trade names, and logos (the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to the Company.
