S.R.21 2014 + A1: 2016 ANNEX E - T3 - Blinding
SR21 Annex E T3 Blind is a fine crushed limestone material produced in accordance with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) standards for unbound granular materials. It is specifically designed as a blinding layer—a thin, compactable layer used to seal and smooth the surface of sub-bases such as Clause 804 or Clause 505 materials before final surfacing.
This product ensures a tight, even finish by filling surface voids, reducing dusting, and improving compaction. It is also ideal for yard hardstandings, driveways, paths, and other construction projects requiring a clean, stable, and uniform surface prior to paving, concrete, or asphalt placement.
SR21 Annex E T3 Blind is compliant with EN 13242: Aggregates for unbound and hydraulically bound materials and certified under S.R. 21: 2021 +A1: 2023 Annex E (Table E.1, T3).
